Dude the lottery has to be finished first. All of the tickets have not been bought. I am almost sure it will be finished this week. Official word tells me that three tickets are left. If you want to buy the rest than we can draw tomorrow.

No need to worry, there will be a drawing. It usually does not take this long....there were 2 factors I believe caused the slowdown. One was the amount of tickets needed to be sold and two, it came right around the holidays. Should be soon though.
RCNT would never 'not draw' for any lottery we hold. Period.
As soon as the remaining tickets are sold, the drawing will be held. As always.
