Protoform is ProLine's side brand I'm pretty sure

From my experience with Proline buggy bodies, lexan would probably be super thin and it will crack first run or when painting or just putting it on the car... Horizon quality for ya...

I've had the same experience with the proline buggy bodies, but the proline octane I'm running now has really taken a beating. Its cracked in a few places but nothing not repairable with some hot glue

Protoform was the MAIN brand before Pro-line was even a thought for a side gig..

This.

Everyone ran protoform bodies way back when. They were the main brand.
Some of my 1/10 touring cars still rock protoform.

I have a Proline (Protoform) Mustang body on my Infraction 3s. It's took a beating for 4 years. The front around the splitter has split some & I've repaired it w/ delrin tubing on the inside. Many roof skid landings & barrel rolls, it's held up.

iv run 3 protoform bodies over the years. 1 on my pan car, 1 on my TC4, and 1 on my RC10T3. the on road bodies are on the thin side (they are after all race bodies) but for on road cars did last long enough that i felt i got my moneys worth out of them. and the T3 body iv had sense late 2000 and is still in use.
