Worth every cent you may have to spend to attend the airshow.
If you have a chance to get close enough, make sure you talk to him, he's an awesome guy.
[Ups... his name is Jim Leroy and he has a website too]

One of the few Pitts Specials that will go into what almost looks like a hover.

Damn you RevoMe and your boaring Airplane thingy posts! :ban: LOL

I used to be jealous when I flew RC Planes that my little trainer could barely get off the ground much less hover. I used to love the sounds of those 4 strokes as those planes would just hang there... then climb and go into a nice lazy dive... man I wish I could do that. That's pretty cool my friend.

Wow! Gotta have a set that "clanks" to do that! Impressive!

Anyone else think the guy singing sounds just like the Russian heavy-metal wannabe singer in "Clerks"?

Wow is right. Here's a link from the same site. Something I've only seen with RC helis, and here's a real one doing loops and corkscrews.

Yeah these airplane posts are getting on my nerves...

J/K Keep em coming!
I've got to see Sean Tucker a few times. He is awesome.
I love bi-planes....

Here's the one I never get tired of watching. This is the BIG B-52, 23 ft wingspan, with 8 (that's eight) pronounced 'ate' ... turbine engines. No dummy nacelles, all 8 turbines screaming as they spool up for take off. At 6 minutes in, it lines up for final approach and spot on perfect landing. Listening to this beauty spool up and take off, still curls the hairs under my finger nails.

Sadly, it went in at a later date. I'll locate the link and post it.
Here it is:

$32,000 in parts. ALL HAND BUILT... this was not a kit. It hurts me to look at this one. I've watched the flight many times, I haven't linked to this page in a couple of years.

Yup.
It's a wellknown "violence related" band. They have produced many CD's and are good to test the speakers of any car.
They have produced better music than that, why the author of the video has elected this song is not for me to be known.

Over here, mostly no one cares as barely anyone understands the texts, but play Rammstein in public in Germany and you get fried :)
Kida like "Eminem" over here.

However, the Airplane is highly modified to hold up to the forces, stronger engine, better prop, stronger everything. Leroy is a highly skilled pilot and surely able to get some bloodpressure going. Amazing is that he tours the whole country, his aircraft is constantly taken apart, inspected and put back together.
