I'm not going to lie - I've already reported a good dozen or so and have been happy to see those auctions be taken off line.

Thing is I get really tried of having to search through pages and pages of crap auctions because someone is trying to pawn off their crap to me that isn't what I'm looking for.

I will start doing the same..Down with the crap..
In with a good clean search..

I think we should all follow WoodiEs lead, myself included, and take that extra minute to report these listings. Once someone continues to have their listings deleted, maybe they will get the point, and stop making people who are not interested in what they are selling waste a bunch of time having to sift through a bunch of garbage to find what they are actually looking for.

Definitely going to start reporting items with crap in their titles that aren't related to the specific item. Thank you WoodiE for pointing that feature out.

I agree, wholeheartedly. When I put my Olympus OM3 camera up on ebay, I listed it as Olympus OM3 camera winder and tokina lens. Which is all it was. I didn't put Olympus OM3 like pentax canon nikon, which to some people they might be similar. Similar when I sold my duratrax nitro bx, I didn't put like rc10 (which some people might compare it to, since it's a 2wd buggy), or put some other, better maybe, car name in the title to get hits. First, it's not honest, and second, you never know when you might tick someone off and have your listings pulled.

It pisses me off as well when people put misleading stuff in there header. I just had this happen. I did a search for Ds 650 battery (For my 4 wheeler) and this guy had one listed. I click in to see the description and it was for a ds90. NOWHERE in his header did it say Ds90. I emailed the guy and asked him why he had it advertised as a Ds650 battery and not a 90? And the reply I got from him was "fiddlesticks off".. That was it.. So I reported him and replied with "Nice one dueschbag"..

I also hate it when people are selling like a book for buy it now $1 and then have $15 shipping and handling.. poop burns me..

Agreed there - I never use the keyword spamming technique to get more hints. If you list the item correctly, you'll get MORE than enough hits.

And people that charge a mint to ship something small like a glowplug... That ticks me off more than anything. I can tolerate others' doing their keyword spamming (as long as it isn't a smartech claiming to be a mugen), but at least charge correct shipping!

This is a dumb question, but I looked for that feature on ebay; and couldn't find it. Where is the report auction link at?

Oh, and 4u; check out Gruber Power Supplies; he sells batteries DIRT CHEAP. He might just have the batt you need.
