Am futaba 2 channel receiver

Hi quick question I have an old futaba am receiver and have just purchased an inline failsafe and it doesn't work? Is this because it's not a new digital set up ?

yes.it does not see the am frequency at all

You can buy a Flysky GT3b 2.4Ghz radio and receiver combo for less than $40 USD brand new and its a really good budget radio.

Or use a mechanical return spring for your fail safe. If you have an extra spring kicking around (nitro?)

Yeah I picked 1 up and it has a fail safe feature so problem solved
