I wish! I like going up to New Mexico--OPEN CARRY!!! It rocks! Arizona too but you have to be five miles outside town. New Mexico we carry pretty much anywhere beer isn't sold (including convenience stores which I don't get...). Texas legislature has a bill pending to allow open carry in the Lone Star. Can you picture 5+ million Texas boys packing openly? Don't Mess With Texas!!!

Yeah, I'm pissed at you.

A few weeks ago I mentioned that if a member posts really bad information just to pretend he's in the know, we need to correct it before others think we give bad or incorrect advise. We're a respected forum because of our outstanding long term members.

When it comes to 'just plain stupid', I prefer to stay out of those threads, and as you've noticed, so do the other mods. It's not our job to beat on any members.
However, I made an exception this time. We have plenty of 15 year olds here who ask and give advise like the rest of us, and we wouldn't know they were 15 if they didn't tell us. BUT, when anyone starts a thread that just goes beyond stupid, gets their ass handed to them by every post in the thread, and STILL thinks the cops suck, his neighbors suck, and he can do anything he wants, I'll throw in my 3 cents.
We're not here to chase him or anyone else away, but we do try to maintain some sense of common courtesy for others, especially with our noise making hobby. Let him take his tall tales to a mini bike forum, and lets keep this forum out in front of all the others.
Thanks for your back up, but it's all been said, and WE can't fix it.

I bought it like two months ago and it is at the gun smiths right now. Picking it up on Tuesday when I get home so I will get a pic of it. Got three other guns in fact that I don't have pics of yet--Ruger Redhawk 7" barrel in .41Mag, a M1 Carbine, and a Thompson .243...
