what are you guys using to cut round air holes in the windshield, my guess is about and 1.5 " maybe 2"?!
And, no I don't have a steady hand so the dremel is staying in the drawer

You can order a hole cutter from your LHS or use a hole cutter on your drill.

I have found it easy enough to draw a circle using a shot glass then carefully sanding it with a roto-tool drum sander. If you go slow its not to hard. You know you own limits as to how steady you are. I would give it a try unless you have Turret's Syndrome or are prone to blacking out.

now is the shot glass used to calm ur nerves... or what? lol.

i take my dremel and use this pointed sanding/polishing piece and stick it right in the window, then slowly make the hole bigger and bigger until i get it to the size that i like. isnt that hard at all.

I agree with FastEddy. Use the shot glass. Check the Rum for smoothness and consistancy. Check it again. Repeat. Again, shek the room for smovnis an consisistntcisty, and let someone else grind the opening.
Then add 2 sifted cups of salt or something.

I personally would just do a bunch of smaller holes. This way it wont weaken the body with the one big hole. I used just a smaller sized drill bi and did probably 6-8 holes. Works great.
