Hi guys,

st i'm in England so i don't know if that makes a difference to parts/models etc...

I want to buy a nitro car for my husbands 40th only trouble is I don't know what i'm doing!!

He has had 2nd hand ones before, i have looked at a HSP Backwash....does anyone know about this model? Would it be any good for him??

Please help...time is running out!!:\

well what is he gonna use it for? racing, bashing in the backyard?? Cause for each thing you do with a truck something else is gonna work better than others.

I can say that the HSP Backwash is the exact same as a Redcat Racing Tornado and I love all three of my Redcats. It is not for serious racing but for backyard bashing with friends it works great. It also depends on what type a ground he would be running on. A buggy like the Backwash is low to the ground so no tall grass etc., a truggy has a little more ground clearance and a monster truck would be best for really rough terrain.

Do you have any idea what he had before that he liked? Any thoughts on where he'd run it? Would he proffer an off road vehicle or one that is for pavement?

Your best bet is to find a hobby shop that sells them and see what vehicles they have a lot of parts for. Then he won't have to order everything he breaks, because he will break it if he's having fun with it. ;)
