I can get the amp and the dual 12'' subs...but I am gunna hafta loose my Alpin deck and Boston Acustics speakers I am also gunna get my 17'' rims and Pierelli Tires. There still is a little tiny bit of hope...they are taking the car to get a closer look and a exact value of it...its still not "officially" totaled...but it most likely is. Thanks for all your help guys...I'll keep ya updated...

lol I saw a 3000gt today and thought of you, it was white with a HUGE go-fast sticker all down this side with some funky black like 50 spoke wheels, looked ok but it was at the BMW, mercedes, and porsche dealership so it wasn't THAT impressive, just kinda

Well guys I have some good news. I looked at another 3000GT near me today...and its AWESOME! Its a Pearl-Escent White (looks better than it sounds). The whole car is in great shape compared to mine. Its a 1992 3000GT SL...not a VR4 but the dad might not have allowed that anyway. Becuase its the SL model its comes with all the goodies...power everything...leather interior...mmmm.....haha. Its $6,000 which may be in my price range. Heres the thing, its only got 87K miles on it!!!! My car has 188K. Everything on the car is in much better shape then mine and I payed $4,500 for mine. Even though I lost my Alpine deck it comes with a Pioneer 4 x 50 watt deck and stock premium speakers...but no subs. But I already got subs so I am good to go This could all work out for the better. Also has a rebuilt tranny.

Yea...its the first good news I've had in the last few days haha. Its not a done deal yet...but my dad said if we get a decent amount for my car we will get the white one.

No...holy moly insurance company is taking forever to give my the value...let alone the actual check. We called up the dealership and they took the car off the front and parked it in the back so noone can see it haha. They wouldn't put it on hold without a deposit. If I get a decent amount for my car the white 3000GT SL is mine.

Ok, got some news from his insurance company...finally. Right now they found the value of the car to be $4,280. Which isn't too far off. I bought the car for $4,500 with the sterio. I took out the subs and rims so their value isn't too far off but since the engine was replaced and I fixed up a few things we may be able to get some more out of them. This value is close enough to what I need for my new car that we are going to buy it as soon as we can get to it haha. Well thats my plan, we'll see what happens but in a few days I should have another 3000GT It hasn't been that bad for me cause since I am not old enough to drive a rental car I have been driving my dad's car Its a Volvo S60R and is as fast as a 3000GT VR4. My dad got stuck with a Dodge Neon haha. So not only do I want a new car badly, my dad wants his back.

Sorry, but I can't post pics right now. My puppy chewed the camera cable so I can't get them onto the comp. This is not an excuse, I REALLY want to show you guys my new ride. It grows on me everyday, its a very nice car too. We got the dealership to take off some money, and the insurance to give us some more so the diff between the two cars wasn't to much.

I will post pics as soon as I can locate another cable, already been to best buy once. :shrug: Gunna go back soon to get stuff to hook up my twin 12'' subs
