Hey everyone!

Finally came back to nitro and ordered me a full flm kit.. Most my goodies come this week, including a new F4.6 that I won off eBay.

I really really want a lrp 32 but I've heard lots of bad things about the carbs and about the sleeves and stuff..

Was that just a bad batch?

I disagree that you should have to completely disassemble a 200$ engine to double check THEIR job, AFTER it goes through their "quality" check before it goes out.. I'd rather blow up 2,3 of them and let them replace them.. ?

Maybe I'm just moody today.. Idk. ?

Thanks guys!

There is quite a few people that has that LRP 32 ,they dont seem to have that issue ,but
could have been a old stock batch that had faulty carb!
I myself had been wanting one for one of my MT's ,as they are heavy trucks ,I did
run the HPI 5.9 in which moved that weight with no problem ,the 28 size engine
is MEH ,ok ,but jus not enough for me unless you have one modified ,I prefer just
a bigger engine displacement like the 32 size!..

I can't say for certain the motor in question has issues but with any well known and not so well known company things can go array with subcontractors quality control(or lack of 1 or just non existent 1s) I purchased 2 new Q2 esc back at the end of brushed days they were supposed to be super well they both failed within 1 lap on a off-road carpet track stock trucks.ll the 1 went 30 feet b4 letting magic smoke out the other as I plugged in lipo ...it wasn't a total lose I got 3 bnib brushless setups with 2 new 2 cell lrp batts..haven't herd any bad stuff about lrp 32 in a while.not a nitro a pure E man

I've had the .32 for 8 month and this a really fine engine, the only trouble came when I didn't screw the glow plug tight enough and the engine just threw it into the sun. Plenty of power and torque, and once tuned quite easy to start, great for big offroad rigs

Man I'm the same way! Everyone's like.. "get the dynamite!"

Meeehh.. ?

They just don't do it for me.. Idk

I have the money.. I want displacement (to a degree ?) and I've seen some monsters made outta the lrp 32

It's on the way, I'm super excited! I ordered through horizon hobby. In case anything goes wrong.. They have absolutely amazing customer service!

Everyone seems to just replace the carb with something else ,seems to cure the issue ,
so ,the LRP's are probably a descent engine!
I had replaced a carb on one of my engines before ,I used a AE 28 carb on my Ofna
Hyper 21 engine with great results ,so If it was me ,I would buy an LRP 32 if I had a
chance!...:thumbs-up:
