The battery I have is a Venom Power 2S2P 5400 mah. The voltages seem a little off for me so any advice would be great. Total battery voltage is 7.98v. Cell 1 is reading 3.84v and Cell 2 is reading 4.14. I know the voltage is low over all. The question I have is how will the .30 differance in cells effect the charging? I use an Onyx 235 with a balance board. There is no visible damage to the pack and no noticable swelling that I can tell. I do have a blinky balancer as well. Sould I plug that in and try to balance them out first before charging? What is the best route to go to get it back to even voltages?

It sounds like it just needs a few good balance charge and discharge cycles.

Well it has been on the blinky for 5 hours and the high cell is only down to 4.08v I am just afraid if I plug it in to charge something funny will happen to it and I am not going to try that at work. I will wait and do that at home where I can watch it closer than here.
