You don't need to delete it..there is no rule saying you can't have a fake pumpkin.and leader never said you couldn't so why remove it ?

I just want everyone to be happy.

feel like using a fake pumpkin is cheating.
it was a pumpkin carving contest. not a foam carving contest.

Hey I edited my post I was obviously in some feelz that day and I wasn't trying to make people not want to enter.
When I saw yours I started coming around to the idea

If it looks like a pumkin and was actually carved by hand, I think its ok!
If someone entered a fancy wooden carved pumpkin I think I'd STILL be on board.
Its about the art and the tallent, not the medium imo.

Soooooo to me, I don't care what ppl carve. If it makes them happy and proud, I already love it!

We already got word from our "sort of good admin" that a foam pumpkin was fine.
If he's sort of ok with it, so am I.
I love Halloween so lets make it about fun and not razor blades in the candy!!!

Well seeing as how a foam pumpkin is a touchy & sensitive subject for a carving contest & I don't like to be in the middle of it, I'll delete my entry. A REAL pumpkin should be a winner for this. Happy carving!

Here in Rhode Island we call them our Hood rats ..oh and we got two legged hood rats also. Rats and pumpkins

Club 401 down the street from Spikes Hot Dogs about 20 years ago...
I imagine the rats have grown larger by now!
I actually started doing audio in RI.
It was a tiny little bar that we rolled a HUGE sound system in to every Thursday.
That was also my introduction to raves.
Good times!!!

That's awesome.i actually live near a spikes hot dogs.one of the very few left around here.you mention raves I was a EDM DJ for 10 years.. I did music festivals in Portugal, Spain, Brazil and here in the States I did a few in queens New York and did a few nights in boston.at a club called Avalon's..then after all that I found my wife and had kids and that's how that ended .some of the wildest, most intense, fun times of my life ..I'll tell you one thing brotha , my Rave shows in Portugal were the most amazing ones I ever did.i could on for days telling you how awesome it was .I have family there so it was easy for me to do them there and I know a lot of people that helped me put the festivals together..

Definitely a whole different level.3 days of non stop DJ,ing .tons of prep work.lost a lot of equipment during shipping.every time I went I'd come back with something missing they were definitely stolen ..oh well life goes on.not going to derail this thread no more ..gladd you like spikes hotdogs

I added the flames cause well I'm just one bump away from an explosion at any given moment lol
Then it originally had 2 mirrors
But I was looking at it and thought pfft nothing I drive has both mirrors and broke it off
