Sold / Found WTB a pair old style savage tires.

I'm looking for a pair of the older style savage tires. Preferably not on wheels. If they are on wheels, then 14mm only.

I think I have 3 tires... tore one many moons ago. I'd like them for my aftershock.

I have some on wheels, I can boil them and see if I can get you one. They are in great shape. just the chrome on the wheels are not good that is why I replaced them.

Well, I tried boiling those tires, which is why I now have two... the other two ripped when taking them off their rims.

However, I have found that letting them sit in a bath of acetone overnight takes them right off without any hassle whatsoever.

What rims are they on? If you want to sell them as is, let me know. If the price is reasonable, I may be interested anyway. I can take them off with acetone myself. Just adds a couple bucks to the price when I'm done.

I think I can buy a new pair for $25, at least thats what I bought them at my LHS for a few years ago. Not on rims though.
