I put some in my Bandit and I personally think they're a big step up from the stock ultra shocks.

I have them on one of my rustys....way better than stock.

Yeah, my ultra shocks snapped in half. Plus they were leaking really badly.

That's cause you need to maintain them, same with the big bores.

No, the problem was that the threading you spin the shock cap on was all chipped so the shock cap was not in all the way.

How did you do that? And remember the caps should only be hand tightened.

I actually have no idea how it happened. I took the shock cap off one day and I saw it like that. I always take the shock cap off by hand.

The caps either pop off or get knocked sideways on some impacts and crashes pretty easily....if it happens it can tear up the threads. had that happen more than once on my Rusty
