I once saw a video on youtube of someone who put a speaker in the shell, i can't find the link for it now, but it didnt look too good and it wasn't that easy to hear it either. Not sure wether that was due to the camera quality.

all and all, this is a cool idea.. but why ruin a mp3 player bashing? this is why they developed the AD2P profile (stereo headset) for bluetooth.. lol.

you could rip apart one of those silly little speaker setups from an i(junk) aka ipod.. most of them are powered from the ipod.. or 2 AAs...
