my engine is very hard to turnover so i took the glow plug out and i had to pull very hard for it to turnover i tried turning it with the fly wheel but it was too hard so i tried putting some fuel in the glow plug hole and the engine turned over a bit easier, this is also my first time trying to start it since i sealing the engine. could it be the gear mesh or clutch. please help

is it a new engine ?? if so , try heating it up with a heat gun or a hair dryer as hot as you can ........if you are meshed to tight , the clutch bell might be binding a bit ...can you spin the clutch bell and spur geat freely ??

Have you tried spraying wd40 in there to lube it up? I accidentally let mine sit with fuel in it and it turned into a nasty gummy goo. Some wd40 and several pulls with the plug out and carb wide open and it was fine after that. Ifyou suspect gear mesh just try loosening it up and then trying.
