Why eBay often sucks

This site may earn a commission from merchant affiliate
links, including eBay, Amazon, and others.
So, you lie, you take advantage of people by running up bids, then once you get busted you just make a new account, and you think this is all ok? really? Damn, I see you were taught good morals growing up, sad, just sad. No problem though, I will gladly report ya to ebay, have a great day Matt!

Please do, I've been looking to make another account to add to my list of accounts. :hehe::hehe::hehe:

Morals, what are morals? It's all about the mighty dollar!

Wow... this spun out of control a bit!

I get annoyed when what I'm bidding on constantly gets sold for $1 more than I bid. I just keep trying and usually win if what I was willing to pay was reasonable.

Just bought a full set of 4 17mm offset revo 3.3 tires/wheels with the rugged tread for my revo, $50 shipped. Only took 8 tries! lol

It's called being a capitalist, not a "low life that doesn't play by the rules". Supply and demand, if people are willing to pay the price, that's not my problem but I'm definitely happy to stuff my pockets with a few extra scheckles. :) And yes, eBay loves their fees, so it looks like I'm pretty well protected. :p:

You might want to take a poly-sci 101 course, that isn't capitalism, that's fraud that very closely resembles bid rigging and price fixing, both of which are a federal crime under the Sherman act of 1890, at least in the real world away from ebay and the anonymity of the internets. And prior to the 2008 debacle, people went to jail for it. You are creating an artificial increase in demand by driving up the price via non existent bidders, that's not the same as legitimate demand for a tangible good on the free market.

You can call it whatever you want if it makes you feel better, but the bottom line is that it is NOT capitalism at all.

Thank you for the history lesson, I'll take note. ;) Considering I'm not running a taxed business I don't think it applies. But I'll still take a snapshot for ye' ol' memory bank. :)

I have to say I don't really like the idea of shill biding but I'm not really surprised by it, plenty of sellers on eBay do it. What really surprises me is the way your handling yourself in this thread.....very childish!

Why would it surprise you? I'm just a liar and a cheat in a polyester suit ripping people off on eBay.... Why not act childish on a intarwebz forum while I'm at it???

Since this was my thread to begin with, and I posted a legitimate gripe about eBay, you've gone on to prove why I felt the need to post.
I guess, like you, the seller will now start another auction with the same item, and do it again and again till some sucker overbids his shill.
I thought you were joking in your first post, but, like others have pointed out, you're a liar and a thief.
If you EVER post an item for sale on our forum, it will immediately be removed. If we don't trust a seller, they don't get to sell here. Plain and simple.

And THAT'S the bottom line!

10 gauge, you're only hurting yourself. Every post that you make on this subject is only digging the hole you've made deeper and making harder to get yourself out of. Do yourself a favor and think before you post.

Damn I shoulda hopped on this thread a long time ago I am missing all the FUN! One thing is for sure, I HATE people that bump their own auctions! 10Gauge you need to cool the beans bud there is no need for you to act like such a fool lol, I think somebody should just ban him already, WAKE UP ROLEX!!!

I was kind of hoping NCNitro would do it and follow his Avatar......

10 Gauge you are a just a little punk POS. Actually your really over rate yourself a bit too much. Get a clue and hang out some where else you <edit> low life. People like you are why things like Ebay now suck. YES I DO fault you for exploiting an easy exploitable system. Fraud is fraud no matter how easy it is. I mean why not go steal from the collection box at your local church....I mean it is easy to do so why not right? You are a two bit shyster who can't be trusted so why would we take advise from you either?

I'm bound to get banned from that place very very soon. I never see eye to eye with any of the douche mods over there, and I also feel like I'm the only one on that forum that ever gives any good information....

But, I'm sure all of the advice I give there will be outweighed by my constant bickering with retard admin staff. lol

Mod Note: Thread is still in the open forum. So please weigh your words. If it ends up in FFA (highly likely) then have at it. And this note goes for anyone contributing.
