I set up an appointment for 10:00 AM.

I take time off work, arrive at 9:50AM.

I sit in the waiting room until 11:45AM. No patients in waiting room with me.

12:00PM I go to the room where vital are take .

12:30 doctor finally comes in just to write me my only prescription.

I do not understand why it takes so long. If I cancel appointment I owe them $50 because they lost money on appointment.

If they waste my time and I lose money at work .. they don't pay me $50

I stopped going to Drs. No more money or time wasted standing in lines waiting to be poisoned by Phizzer and the rest of the liars out there.

Do what you want. Maybe the med is something you really do need.

In my case, the best thing for me was to never go back. My realization of the depth of the phizzer scam was 100000% compounded by the covid lies.

You, I and the rest of us are walking piggy banks to them, generally speaking. Our plans, jobs.... LIVES are only as important to them as our ability to pay their bills.

They don't care.

That's the way it goes for some reason. It pisses me off as well.
I always had that issue with two doctor's. One is no longer and I changed to other from the second.
They kept me alive so I give them credit.

Welcome to America! 🫠🤣
Where you can get pizza delivered to you faster than your doctor saying he's ready for you 😜

Covid is essentially just the flu so yes it was lies. Like normal.
So it was the flu that killed my mother and brother-in-law?

It was the Covid vaccine that killed my brother... took the jab on a Friday afternoon, didn't wake up Saturday morning.

It could have been anything and yes many have died from the flu.
I believe the covid vaccine kept me alive because the wife and I both got hit with it.
I have bad lungs as it is and wonder every day if tomorrow is it.
Anything that helps me I'm happy with.

Sometimes, you are kept waiting because the doctor may have gone over their anticipated time with a previous patient, or a more serious case may have been slipped into the schedule because it was urgent, which pushes everybody else back a bit.

It irritates the heck out of me too, but sometimes there's a good reason. My new doctor has been very good about not being late. My previous doctor was late quite a few times.

Or your doctor could just be catching up on his soap operas and didn't want to miss anything. 🤣

This happens every single appointment and I have to have monthly appointments because it's for a prescription.:/
Sounds like they are overbooking. :(

When it happens once a year, sure, things happen. When it happens every single month and I try to make appnt 1st thing in the morn... yeah, they are still buttering their toast and sipping tea.
Now we both sit home and butter toast, avoid the rush! 👍😉

As someone who works behind the scene, I can attest to the above post. There's a lot of patient care stuff happening behind the scene, including for patients who aren't physically at the office. I'm not saying all doctors are scrambling furiously to get patients on and out, but I can tell you that all doctors wants to get out of work on time. Just like us.

Try asking the doctor, he may not know how poorly the office is running.

Believe it or not, I've been in facilities where doctors are at the mercy of the medical office poor clerical/support staffing.
