Why can't I reply to or reach the end of threads with huge pictures?

Do I just have to endure the wait of the pictures loading, or is this a site issue?

Got an example thread? Could be the hosted links to the images people are posting vs ones using the forums hosting. I link mine using dropbox now. I used to use comcast, but they dropped their site hosting quite a few years back. Then I used another service that was "free" until they noticed I was only using it for image hosting... now I use dropbox. They have been around a while and allow 2G I think for free. I keep my images relatively small, usually less than 1200x1200 and have around 3500 images stored/synced there which is 500M worth.

That's your IT staff trying to prevent you from goofing off at work.

Could also try clearing your browser cache, ctrl+shift+del, clear all. Will wipe out all cookies/cache/js files. You will have to log back into anything, but may help your issue. Or try a browser you don't use usually and see if it renders differently.
