I know, I know - get the OS. But - I am still curious, since the deal is so good.

I want this engine:

the problem is - it isnt ROAR legal. This is okay at some races around here, but will prevent me from racing at the state series, or regional championships at the expert level

This is the engine i will probably end up with:

it is about as powerful as my previous .15cv-r, but is a .12 - which is okay, but it would be nice to put something more powerful in my new TC.

Finally, here is the wild card:

I had a similar engine to this one before, and had nothing but problems with it, however - several friends own this model, and swear by it. Now for the kick in the pants - is that i can get this engine for 145.00! I can get the regular TR for 110.00 and the TR Turbo for 140.00

Any ideas, suggestions from the peanut gallery?

Now this is coming from a guy who created a post a while back stating he was an OS guy and would go with nothing else. :)

I am voting for the .12TR non turbo. It would be a shame to invest all of that money into the Reflex and not be able to race in the big events.

As u see - i am also leaning towards the regular TR - but i hate putting a average engine in such a high performance car.
