Hi all and thank you for accepting me to your forum.

My first question is that I am looking to get back into Rc buggies as many years ago I had a Tamiya Hornet.
I am looking at the Arma Typhon rc buggies but am struggling in which model to go for. I have seen the 3s blx rtr and I can also get a good deal on the 6s v5 rtr bundles on both cars.

So my question is which buggie would be the best choice to go for? Opinions for each one and the pros and cons.

TIA for your answers
Regards Rave

The composite chassis 3s is good. The aluminum 6s chassis is ultimate. Far superior & so many options for upgrades. All the Arrma 6s lines can be mixed & matched. Very versatile.

I have 3s & 6s on & off road. I won't buy another 3s. Only 6s. 3s is cool- serves well- fun machines! But 6s off road is the best. A 3s on road is fine.

I didn't have a very good relationship with the 3S Arrma models... I vote the 6S version.
