I wanna take my unused 3rd channel and engineer a flywheel friction kill switch.

did a 4 wheel steering T-maxx and a mutant maxx gear ratio fix.....neither got the response I expected....

I'm looking for a way to add servos to my blow-up sheep.
I just can't find a good place to Mount them.
Every place I have tried has turned out to be Baaaaaad.

Eddy, that's not punny!~

I have no ideas. I am still mooching ideas off all you more experienced guys.

Just something my wife says. An idea for something new or different.... an idea for an invention.

so you want to be able to create neutral? is that right? sounds interesting

I actually used my 3rd channel to add a "hand brake" to my S3. the idea wasn't very popular but it does work as expected. However, I still havn't run the buggy on anything except patchy grass so I havn't been able to see how well it would work on dirt.

When I had my Tmaxx, I was constantly blowing out One way bearings, so me and my dad were trying to design a new type that was more durable (Hes a machinest, so that part helped) but ended up selling the maxx instead..lol..

No, a mechanical kill switch. A mechanism that would apply pressure to the flywheel and kill the engine.

I know what you mean, Ed. A lifeless sheep just isn't any fun. She should at least move her head up and down or something.

my big fat dumb idea.

ok, here's one I've been pondering for quite some time. I had this idea like last fall but never said anything cuz I figured everybody would think it was a dumb idea. Anyways....

I thought that since these little r/c engines make so many rpm's that one could design a CVT style transimission to utilize the broad band of centrifugal force to constantly change gear ratio's.

I know all you techy guys can probably shoot that down in less than 18 seconds but hey... it's my floogleheimer.

I am in possession of a floogleheimer.
A former Mod, Maxxamillion, invented and made an automatic remote starter for the T-Maxx. He sent it to me a few years back but I never had a chance to install it.

I'd like to make an acuator that would flip you back over after a roll. I don't know how I could do that, but I would be cool.

I'd like to make the perfect rc that never breaks, glitches, needs adjusting, or anything....(I'm a very lazy person)

Its a battery with a switch that hooks to the reverse servo. Wires connect to the glow plug and the EZ-Start.

To start it up simply put it into reverse.

That actually wouldnt be that hard with the ezstart system. You would just have the weight of the 6-cell on your truck.
