i know that over in the usa you got the underpowered TR6 with sumthing like 118bhp while over here where it was made, we got sumthing toward 150hp. (some regualtion crap so all the cars sent over to america ended up with carbs that choked the engine to give less emmisions).

still....it does sound great!

for me it would be..

69' mini cooper s 998cc
any 80's TVR with the rover V8 (sound heavenly)
88' ford sierra cosworth RS500.

and for my motorbike's....

79' yamaha RD400
81' yamaha RD 350LC
89' yamaha RD 350 YVPS (gotta love the 2 strokes)
77' kh400 triple

WTF MW?!?!? Why the first 4? 1975 Beetle? Fuego, ok, pretty rare even in it's time, but AMC Alliance? And a Pinto?!?

Ohhhh, add one to my list, a 1975 Cosworth Vega!

OK, OK...JOKING! However, there is historical significance to these:

1975 VW Beetle My very first car! Cost me $800.00 and ran like it was worth $2.76!
1976 Ford Pinto wagon Parents had one. Powder blue! CLASSIC!
1987 Renault Fuego Mom had one and what I learned to drive a stick on. Actually was a pretty cool car!
1988 Renault Alliance Just a POS we had for about a year! Why we even got it, I have no idea!
1992 Mazda 929 First car my family owned that was considered 'luxury'.
1978 Chevrolet Monte Carlo My second car and one I hold dear to my heart! Her name was 'Michelle Christine' and she had a custom Midnight Blue metallic paint job, orange peeled with extra flake. Keystone Kustom Klassic rims, Cherry Bomb muffler...Man, I miss this car!
1988 Ford Escort Car I got when my Monte Carlo finally died. Decent little car, ran like a top!
1972 Cutlass Supreme My brother's first car that my parents bought for him, and he claims I'm their favorite! My ass!
1957 Metropolitan My Mom's first car and because my Father and I are restoring one now for her. Neat little ride!

any 80's TVR with the rover V8 (sound heavenly)
Yep, add a TVR or any Morgan 8, especially the Plus 8 to my list.

We also got on version of the TR6 over here that was 160hp. The 118hp versions were using the TR4A 6 cylinder, then we got the GT motor later on.

I had a '79 Yamaha RD 400 Daytona. Neat bike.

MW, I get it now. My mom had a non-turbo Fuego.

I'm gonna say the Enzo.

After that, it's all classic.

63 split window Vett
59 Impala
Cobra
50 merc, blah blah blah

I dont know about Cosworth but one of the cars we had growing up was a puke green 1974 Chevy Vega hatchback. Was a complete peice of crap car. Somehow my parents made that damn thing last 12 years.

Sorry that noble looks like a rice machine. Is that an ebay special wing I see?

as for the enzo paddle shifter. its better then aston martins computerized trans that lets you shift only at certain rpms
I've driven the DB7S and you can shift when you want. SMGII on the BMW is similar but depends what mode you are in, afterall there's 6 ranging from almost automatic to break you neck hard shifting. The Enzo is basically an F1 car with a full body.

"What was funny was how well that summed up the Noble. On one hand, it is a little, well, silly, since it’s a South African–built $76,400 car of questionable lineage that doesn’t pass U.S. emissions or crash regulations and gets registered for road use as a home-built kit. But on the other, it is one of the most satisfying cars we’ve ever driven, and it is ferociously fast, snapping to 60 in a minuscule 3.3 seconds, the same as a Ford GT."

$76,400... for a home built kit ouch. I like it better than an enzo though :ponder2:

Ill take a daytona kit car instead

If you were to race any euro supercar on a track, the computer will argue with you when downshifting into corners
