Whats wrong here?

When i pullstart the wheels spin.. and when i move the wheels backwards they dont want to and something makes a grinding sound.

I think its the clutch... anyone else?

Sounds like a stuck clutch. You may want to disassemble it and make sure that the springs are not broken.

To me it sounds like the flywheel nut has backed off and is binding the clutchbell and the flywheel. Take the mill out and give it a quick lookover.

RS4.. I think it was the clutch i took it apart and reassembeled it according to the manual and its working now.

and then things would still spin because the flywheel is no longer being held up by the engine..

so there for it will be spinning freely.. :yes:
