Unfortunately there is no inexpensive solution. I've used Kipster's diff cups with RRP rings, 3mm screws. They seem to work without breaking. Some say that shimming stock diffs correctly will also do the job.
Kipster

There is always UE
http://www.unlimitedengineering.com/Instructions/7.5Diff/7.5DiffInstructions-WEB.pdf

Then there is Maximizer

There are also fast lane machines diff cups. They are only 6061, but they are half the cost of maximizers or kippsters. They are on the bottom of this page: http://www.2coolrc.com/diff_case.html You can buy the diff cup only for $15 directly from http://www.fastlanemachine.com/ for $15.

anyone here anythign about the picco .21 drop in for the maxx

Picco P2 .21 is direct drop and you can use ez-start. I got mine for $124.50 shipped. I have not put it in until now but I will try it out in next week.

I just bought an O.S. Max .18 CV-RX with 11J carb. Havn't finished breaking it in, but it already dusts my trx .15

Does anyone know where I can find an adapter for my e-z-start off my trx .15, to fit it to my O.S. MAX .18 CV-RX?

I was thinking bout getting the sirio .18, but now its discontinued lol. I guess if ya snooz ya loose. Id love the sirio .23 but i just can't afford it.
Now I'm kinda thinkin bout the picco .21 seems like people have a lot of good things to say bout it.
MyJeep: you will have to let us know how the picco is runnin :-)

I'm in the same boat as you. Very interested in the P2, but I keep finding other things to spend money on. One of these days I'll get a new engine for the Maxx.

If u are lookind 2 get a new engine w/out a conversion kit, get the OS .18 its the best around..............
