Is Graphite powder a good dry lubricant for wheel bushes?

I am assuming you are refering to "bushings?" Yes, using a dry lubricant should work fine on bushings.

99% of the time it's better to swap the bushings out for bearings.

Would I be able to do that on my HSP Warhead? the bushings look like they are moulded into the plastic

I'm not familiar with that model, but most bushings just pop out. If you have the manual, it should have exploded views and a parts listing. If the bushings pop out, you just have to find the equivalent size bearing.

I'll give it a go. The axles are a little bit loose so the sooner i get bearings the better
