I'd say eating is my hobby 😂.

Went to a very cool modern upscale/casual dining Chinese restaurant for lunch today, Miya Moon. Wow, wonderful place! Great food. The atmosphere is modern but not too stuffy. I started with Chili Wontons and the main course was Basil Chicken with fried rice and by now you all know my beverage of choice 😎. Oh, my goodness. I'll need to tell my friends so they can take me there for dinner soon😁👍.

I got the Toaster oven Country Ribs cook time down, best ever, yesterday (& tonight). Liked the start last time and cooked, but not "fork tender", so more low & slow?...

Seasoned Shoulder ends, $2.99/lb. vs $2.49 last time. Same 350F for 20 Min (uncovered), then 225F covered for three hours (vs. 2). Got a phone call, with 15 minutes left, so put on "warm"/175F for another hour while I cooked the Mac & Cheese & GBs. They turned out perfect....

So many wonderful meals here.

Today I had two egg salad with diced jalapeno Spam sandwiches on left over hot dog buns. I'm living the dream.
It's been a minute since I've had egg salad. You've just inspired me to whip some up for this week!

on yesterday's bored teen in kitchen episode I felt like binding protein in different concentrations and largely without fat. 40mL of vinegar was added to every simmering test for 10-20 minutes.
Ultra pasteurizing made surprisingly no difference and the high protein milk did in fact have a high amount of protein curds😮🙃 the milk with a little more fat (2%) had the same yield as skim milk, with the texture being a bit more swallowable.
Every liter of milk yielded 158-168 grams of curds except for the protein milk which gave 368 grams.
