Double-bagged sample, not sure why I saved it- DNA test? I hardly ever see evidence of bears around the house, so I was a bit excited. That's some tasty bear chit lol with an even better thread choice

You just made my mouth water, I love burnt ends, well and pretty much everything else in that photo!Been wantin' to try Post Oak BBQ restaurants for some time. Rode there yesterday. Quite a ride south of where I live.
Brisket burnt ends (only on Fridays), seasoned smoked pork ribs, jalapeno bacon mac & cheese and a corn bread muffin. The cinnamon honey butter, oh my goodness. Lunch (or any meal for that matter) isn't complete without iced tea.

In the freezer.....
I know I've posted my eats from Big Bear Baked Potatoes before but this will give you a added perspective.
One of my favorite comfort food places to spend time stuffin' my carrot cake hole. Eddy, the guy in the video is the coolest restaurant owner. At tmes he'll come out from behind the ovens to greet customers and ask how the food is. It's not unusual for him to sit at your table to just talk. Great guy.
It's really too bad that restaurant is no longer available to youWe had a diner like that "Chubby's". The owner Terry would greet you and chat, ask if you needed anything, would offer to refresh your plate if you were running low on anything like mashed potatoes or anything else. A really nice guy. It was a sad day when he retired and sold the diner.
