Meal of the day yesterday and today. Today was spur Kraft pork chops and Irish guacamole and yellow snow to help it slide down the throat hole.

I was bad, when I posted pic of wurst on Wed., got hung up on a different mission, and skipped cooking/eating Supper. Cooked them last night in the toaster oven (375F for 30 Minutes), w/Mac & Cheese & Carrots - pic of tonight's leftovers/Supper....

I finished the pumpernickel from the storeView attachment 276142I'll finally have my own pumpernickel bricks again "soon"...View attachment 276143...aand while they're baking I'll be making clotted cream as well, for my second try

Double-bagged sample, not sure why I saved it- DNA test? I hardly ever see evidence of bears around the house, so I was a bit excited.
