Got another day off still due to the hospital's electrical crisis. I'm taking advantage of it by getting an oil change. Had breakfast here. Brought from home: 4 boiled eggs and boiled yucca. Coffee.

I add a couple of eggs, at a minimum, to my ramen. Nowadays, I've switched to sans broth most of the time.
I've tried putting various things in the ramen. I can't be bothered usually. No broth, 2 ramen packs, both packets of seasoning, and a half stick of butter is everything it was meant to be.

For you ramen guys... this is fantastic: Nongshim Shin Black beef bone broth ramen. I get it by the case from Amazon. It costs more than the normal Maruchan I also buy, but it's a large serving and it's on a whole 'nother level! It is GOOD and packs some heat.

It comes with three packets of add-ins including one having big dried flakes of garlic, hot chilis, shiitake mushrooms and green onion. I add all kinds of stuff to normal ramen but don't feel the need to doctor up the Nongshim brand.

Today, I got out the rice cooker and loaded it with white Calrose medium-grain rice (I like my rice on the sticky side), a can of tuna and fresh green beans, broccoli, mushrooms, a sliced carrot, a diced tomato, some dried minced onion, garlic, and smoked paprika. I hit it with some soy sauce when it's done. I get two meals out of that.

I agree, Bob. That's an excellent brand!

If you cared about your health at all, you'd ditch that chocolate milk and have some Red Bull or Pepsi instead! :hungover:
:hehe:
Better yet, mix the Pepsi and Red Bull!
