That ain't broke! Broke would be top ramen with bologna.
Yeah, I suppose so. But what was it, like $3.00 for that meal?
 
Yes I eat ramen too. Like @Ritz413 says, never too rich to eat that. Most of it has a little too much sodium for my liking. I like the flavor but wonder how that's doing for my blood pressure 🤔I often use half a packet of seasoning and on my cup-o-noodles/instant lunch I often rinse it first. But this all looks good 😊 except the bologna part 🤮but then I got a thing about bologna. Just don't "ralish" the taste

I'm a salty guy....I get the beef flavor because it's the most salty flavor,lol.
I used to buy the dirt cheap "chub" bologna from Bar S. It was like 5lbs for 8 bucks years ago. Can't find it anywhere anymore. It's dramatic loss to the world. Run low temp, Chuck the whole thing on the smoker and it soaks up that hickory smoke like a sponge.

Momma made omelettes to order this morning. I toasted my bagels just a little too long. Ah well...cover with lots of cream cheese. Some herdez salsa since we ran out of the homemade stuff. "Dog coffee" (got a black lab on the pkg) should be enough to keep up my energy as I watch it snow!

My father would always call burnt toast "Scrape it to your own shade" toast. 🤣
 
One could always substitute bologna with spam???? I haven't had a fried spam sandwich since I was a boy. My best friend, whose a killer chef (not by profession), loooooooves spam, don't ask me why 🤔.
The Hawaiians have a signature "sushi roll" where the center is spam instead of fish. Some Parts Are Meat!

Spam musubi is super popular in Hawaii. Always available at places like 7/11. I love the stuff as well!

The last few days I've been craving roast beef, so yesterday I waited at the deli counter for over 20min while one lady in front of me was buying one of everything 🙄
Well, it was worth the wait! Made myself an 9" sub for breakfast.

I can't do the cheap ramen, tastes like a salt lick to me. Real deal ramen I'm down for however.

I lived on a farm as a kid. I opened a new one to put out for the cows and just had to know what made it so delicious for them. I grew up half feral pretty much.

Not poor these days, but very blessed. I still love me a bologna and cheese sammich like no other. My FIL is the same way. We will both eat it every day for lunch and never complain.

Now, a lot of the other stuff I ate growing up during our poorer times I hate now.
