That may be....I have made enough bbq to know that the burnt sugar on the out side after frying in the pan is worth any discrepancy in naming

At a cafe that doubles as a church. Patty melt (been here several times I know what their PMs are like), steak fries and iced tea. I am so very glad I bring my own music wherever I go. Someone here decided country western would be what the patrons won't to hear. No one asked me .

It was. That is the Caputo Pizzeria flour. It would be better in a 900° brick oven, but it's pretty good in my 550° oven.
