Breakfast, at 5:30, this morning was 3 hard boiled eggs, seaweed salad, a bowl of generic honey bunches of oats cereal, and an Oikos yogurt with a best before date of 7/27/24(it smell and tasted fine).

I thought seaweed was stuff you put around the crawler course.

I didn't know they made getas for webbed feet.

Was in the neighborhood and like a broken record I felt like some Indian food. The owner knows me by name and what I order every time I come to Durbar. Yes, I've posted this meal before but as I said a broken record (boring).

CHICKEN TIKKA KABOB
Authentically prepared boneless chicken marinated in spices and yoghurt. And, of course, garlic rosemary naan bread and chai iced tea .

Swung by MIL's place, after work, to pick up a bunch of leftover food from the annual Xmas party she hosted for her old high school friends. So, for dinner, I had the rack of lamb and a slice of tuxedo cake. Yum!

There’s not a ton that I won’t eat, buuuuuuut sliced dix is definitely on that list lol.. I do at least try a mushroom once every year or two just to make sure my pallet hasn’t changed. Had a Shitake about a week ago now… Nope; still not a fan.

Eeew. Figs.

Now look up 'fig wasps'.

So don't worry - there are no wasps to be seen in that fig you just consumed. Much.

I like mine fried in butter and soy.

Add a bit of tang - add a few drops of lemon juice.

I’ve had them prepared every way under the sun… -and have an open mind; as I said.. Don’t know may people that continue to give foods they aren’t fond of “another try” over & over, continuously during the course of their life lol.. Gordon dammit Ramsay could cook ‘em in the nectar of the Gods, and dip ‘em in hash oil, and they still just aren’t gonna do it for me.
