Best. Risotto. Ever. My wife absolutely loved this and said it was the best risotto that she'd ever had. This is excellent news as she's pretty particular with her rice.
Always risky ordering risotto out - it so often gets done wrong with chalky rice or massively over-done.
If you can practice making rice like this at home - Risotto is a winner - instantly satisfying and tasty! A very comforting dish.
