I was thinking the exact same thing. I could put away a couple dozen wings at any given moment 😝
Back in college, every Tuesdays, we headed over to TK's. 10 cent wings and $5 pitcher. So, $10 was enough to get me 50 wings for myself, and 1 round of beer for the table. At 155lb, I had no problem downing 50 wings. I would finish mine and usually end up helping others finish their order of wings.
I've gone down from 164lb to 153lb in the past 9 weeks, by skipping lunch and walking on the treadmill for 1hr every day. The 22oz fruit smoothie is loaded with natural fruit fibers and really helps in making me feel full during the meal.
