Mrs. X made a delicious roast of chicken thighs, keilbasa, potatoes, broccoli, and cauliflower.
She also whipped up 8 killer jalapeno poppers for the boy and me for an appetizer.

It was our 18th wedding anniversary yesterday and last night we went to Fraser's restaurant Perth which overlooks the city from Kings park. I didn't get a my own photos of the view but this is what it looks like.

Beautiful looking city and fantastic looking food!

I'm still kicking myself for not ever getting to the land down under when I was living in Hawaii. The trip from here in the northeastern USA would be nearly 24hr 🙁

Still worth it though. Pop on in mate. I'll chuck another shrimp on the barbie for ya. 🤦‍♂️ can't believe I just used that phrase 😆🤣

BTW, a 24hr trip is about average for us.
