Eggs are a extremely high source of protein but I don't pay attention to that, I love hard boiled eggs.
Great healthy dieting snack also.

I like a little bit of egg with my salt and pepper.

It comes with the salad. This is my first salad from Brickhouse and it is a tasty, hefty salad. I will be getting this again. However, I may ask for an additional egg next time....or, boil my own to add to the salad.

Just had 2 slices of leftover mushroom pizza. I added pepperoni slices and red pepper flakes today. Heated it up in the air fryer, which quickly melts the cheese and crisp up the dough.

Had a big roast chicken last night, with baked potatoes, peas, corn cob and gravy. Cooked out in the BBQ.

Coffee and a blueberry muffin for breakfast.

Pancakes and sausage, this was the second stack.. think I had 9 or 10.. lost count as I slipped into a pancake coma.
