I'm working the orthopedic clinic again today. One of the doctors treatedt the staff to lunch. I got a steak burrito. Would have been better if it came with sour cream, salsa, and jalapeños, but free is always good!

I'm sure you have had Chinese egg rolls, we just use ground beef with spices instead of cabbage.
It taste like Taco Time's crispy meat burritos, in which I love.

That would drain my blood supply. They take enough as it is but the good news is, I've controlled it so well that they haven't taken my blood in a year or so.
Rarely do I eat iron. I cheat once in a while though.
