We both hate thunder storms. Dogs don't seem to mind them though. I seem to dislike them the most. Too many years in the Air Force. I hate lightning. But I can live with it. Live in Florida, or Texas for a while. Kinda stinks. Oh well. Ha. It happens. Tomorrow, Tomorrow, I love ya, tomorrow. Tomorrows a day a way.

Made another version of mapo tofu: ground pork, extra firm tofu, mushrooms, kale, ginger, and bottled stir fry sauce.

Sword fish cooked on the smoker, quiona and veggies. Choc chip ice cream for desert.

Mrs. X grilled up burgers this evening. I had mine with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Also, had a locally grown corn on the cob, and then a pluot for dessert.
