I am sticking to a very strict diet and to be honest, it is working. I have lost 25 lbs. so far and am going to lose a lot more.
However, once in a while I have to cheat because there is no way I am cutting out dishes that I Iove but this was a healthy cheat and also my absolute favorite meal.

So today I pressure washed the roof and house with a buddy of mine. Took us all day. Got er dun. We had Ruebens for supper. I was so hungry that I thought of a taking a photo of the food after we ate. ha. I rarely forget to take a photo.

I remembered to take a photo of desert.

All-U-Can-Eat Chinese buffet. Only 2 plates and a couple of small pieces of dessert. It wasn't that long ago, where I would have had 4-5 of those plates.
Regardless, it hit the spot! For all the good stuff I had, $13($20 after a drink, tax and tips) is more than a fair price.

I really enjoyed my two days of pork taco's but it's time to get back on my diet.
I only gained a 1/2 lb. in those two days so not terrible.
