60% meat, 2 types of starches, 10% veggies....that's a well balanced meal!

I signed up to work a double shift yesterday. Got a pretty good night's sleep, and woke up with a bit of an appetite. Perused the fridge to see what I could forage. Decided with this....

Tonight was a breakfast dinner, Houdini was pretending he was too tired to be concerned with my dinner plate that he plunked his head on. But two seconds later he was pulling my hashbrowns toward his gaping maw!
