Unlike me, my wife tends to make food on the healthier side. Tonight, she made chicken and spinach meatballs. It's no buffalo wings, but pretty good!

We took left over spaghetti sauce, added a can of dark tunafish, anchovies, and kalamata olives. Puttanesca, on angle hair pasta. Too good. :thumbs-up:

Pork burritos tonight, shredded seasoned pork, green salsa, sweet mexican corn, shredded jack cheese, sour cream all wrapped in a flour tortilla. :) didn't think about pics until it was gone. :doh:

Tonight we will use the leftovers to make nachos. We have been trying tio sick with meals that don't heat up the house but BBQing when it's 108 doesn't sound appealing either.

I was an alien.....a resident alien.
Everybody knows that Caucasians are the red headed stepchild of true Asians.
 
Stopped at the grocery store on the way home from work. Spotted some good looking seafood, and decided it would be tonight's dinner. Wild sockeye salmon and wild tilapia. I overcooked the salmon a bit, but the tilapia was delish!
