Mrs. X whipped up creamy ground chicken with zucchini and spinach over pasta for dinner this evening.
Red velvet macaroons for dessert.

He did that too. Then I corrupted him with my mouth. Sometimes he spits out lines from salad fingers. I may have a dash cam of him going off with thr by all means.

I taught him how everything is optional.🤣
 
Well, tonight we had frozen pizza. I havent had one for close to 40 years. I think it's safe to say I can go another 40 years before trying another. MEH.

I don't like those frozen pizzas either.
I like those pizza kits and make them yourself. A little bit better.

I think I posted this already, but I had Squires pizza today. Half cheese and half bacon.

For dinner I had left over chicken tenders.

There are A LOT of frozen pizza brands nowadays! There are many good ones out there. I typically don't buy them since I can make a much, much better product for the money. Also, I can simply get Dominoes, 3 minutes away, ready to eat for about $7.
I have to admit though, one of my occasional guilty pleasures is cheapo Elio's pizza. Nothing high quality about it, but I've always just liked the taste.
 
I finally unboxed my Father's day gift from the family. Baked up a Big Mac Flatbread pizza for my son.
The edges were crispy, but the rest of the bottom was not. Maybe I need to let the stone get hotter. I'll have to experiment with it some more.
I think this oven would be a good alternative for baking up things like casserole on those hot days, when you don't want to heat up the house.
It also came with a metal peel.

I also had a gyro tonight at our local town summer festival, called “Pan-O-Prog” which stands for panorama of progress 🤷‍♂️
It was delicious!! 😋
