Wow, you guys are ALL eating very, very well!

We went to younger daughter's boyfriend's high school graduation party. The catered spread was impressive!
My first helping: mini lobster roll, burger slider, steak and cheese slider, candied bacon, teri beef skewer, steak and cheese eggroll, and jumbo chicken tender.
Everything was so good, but that candied bacon was heavenly!

Man that looks good! Is that just soy sauce with onions in it or is it got other goodness mixed in?
These were frozen potstickers, which came with sauce packets that you would thaw in warm water while the potstickers are cooking. The sauce is mostly soy sauce with a bit of sweetness. I doctored it up with fresh scallions, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and crushed chilli.

Where did that come from? The last Sushi I had was from Kroger, and it had that same fake seaweed skirt in there. It looked just like that and it was actually really really good. We have a Japanese steakhouse here that has awesome sushi, but it is super expensive.
Nope, I'm not eatin something that looks like someone blew their nose in it. :hungover:
You're hopeless lol.

Asian fusion. Cost 61.00 but we don't visit often. Once we get Sushi, or Sashimi. We are good for a few weeks. :thumbs-up:
We love pot stickers here. gyoza. Steamed, or fried. Both good. :thumbs-up: Spent time in Japan. We really like the cuisine.

.....Forgot to take a pic.
Haha
Yeah, it happens.

I had more of the leftover orange chicken, with rice. Then an apple and banana for dessert.
About an hour later, I was craving pepperoni, crackers, and cheese. So, I had some. Then indulged in one of the raspberry turnover my daughter had made.
Ready for bed now!
