I had a bowl of mussels once. When I was done I was like "where's the other 133 mussels?" All in, there was probably 3oz of meat in the bowl and 15oz of shells. Gordon Ramsay and judges on numerous cooking shows say if you can't eat it, don't put it on the plate. So why do they serve the shells? To make you think you are getting your money's worth 😜
 
Susan started her chilli this morning, and slow cooked it all day long. She also whipped up killer cornbread! It was delicious together. Best part is, the chilli will get even better the next couple of days.

Cornbread, rice, chili, cheese, and sour cream?! That looks divine! I've never thought of combining all of those ingredients together. Looks like I've got some spearminting to do!
