Tonight was grape nuts, the wife went to dinner with one of her friends, she never goes out to visit much so I took one for the team tonight.

Taking one for the team so you chose a bowl of nuts. YOU ANIMAL.

We do that with left over sloppy Joe's. A plate of tortilla scoops, sloppy Joe in each with shredded Cheddar cheese!! So good!!

Love pulled pork/chicken.....I'll have to try that!!

It's been brought to my attention that there was a massacre last night. Tuna salad with noodles..... gone. Parmasean noodles, chicken sandwich, 2 bags of chex mix made the same fate. Made up 2 cans of tuna and had 2.5 samiches too. Then cleaned the whole kitchen. Still looking to see what else is missing.

I just polished off the last of my biscuits and gravy. Today I'll be making my first attempt at Chicken Adobo. Let's see how close I can get to this...

When I worked at this one Aerospace shop, my buddy and I used to put away a fifth of Wild Turkey from lunch to the end of the shift. Machining parts costing hundreds of thousands of dollars was very stressful... unless you were cross eyed

It is good, but would have been better had the sauce reduced like it was supposed to.

It's Filipino night here at the Fog residence. Desert was a little Ube jam on a biscuit, and an Ube Polvoron.

This reminds me of a Metallica interview I saw a long time ago. The guys were talking about the days when they were starving artists, and often were so broke, they often couldn't afford basic things like bread. So, many meals consisted of bologna without bread. They referred to it as a bologna on hand sandwiches.
