I have ptsd on hot items now. Only red sauce I rock is ketchup with sugar.

Eggs sound good and I hate them.

Black olives, green olives with garllic, cherry tomatoes, sliced baby carrots, chopped cashews, chopped broccolli, and chick fil a sauce as I ran out of salad dressing.

Dessert is lasagne with ground turkey. The bear is content.

Breydon had scrambled eggs with steak, cheese, poblanos, red bell peppers, and onions with a side of bacon.

And I had some too.

My son had Popeye's chicken at a friend's house last night and loves it. I haven't had it in decades. Had the chicken sand with rice and beans and mashed potatoes. It was pretty good

Just got out of bed. Sipping a hot cup of coffee while I'm checking out GTA. Sue and I are up north, with friends, at Lake Winnipesaukee. There's a quiche, Susan had made, in the fridge, so I'll be enjoying some of that soon.

Haha. I made it while I was on the phone with @Greywolf74. Breydon asked what it was and I told him steak fajita scrambled eggs. He said boy that's a mouthfull. And it sure was It is the first time Breydon has eaten peppers and onions, and he actually cleaned his plate. Glad to see his taste buds are finally growing up
