Made a casserole using spanish rice with diced jalapenos, sausage with diced tomatoes, and pepperjack and cheddar cheeses. Then I made a corn cake and hot baked beans to accompany it. It's hot dayum yummy!

That makes me want to eat healthier lol. Looks tasty. I actually have all that stuff in my shopping cart. I was craving roast beef the other day, and I was also planning Keilbasa and baked baby smashed taters and carrots with broccoli. I haven't had Kielbasa for about 6 months I'm guessing.

I used to love kielbasa. Always made with cabbage. I have it once in a very long while nowadays. It doesn't taste the same as when I was a kid.

Yeah, most of the kielbasa I have had lately just tastes like smoked sausage. Like they forgot how to make it.

We have those here. They grow around water. It would take a lot of mustard to make them taste good

I could live off hot dogs period. I actually did in 2016 but thats a story for another time.

Perhaps beets? The ones that are sold in cans are sweet, and beets are used often in salads.
