Had a pork roast in the crock pot all day, served it with a heaping pile of mashed potatoes and glazed carrots. It was goooood. The hobby cats all got a sample too, pork is their favorite, it's only fair to give them a bit after smelling it all day. ;)
 
This afternoon, Sue and I went into Boston to help my sister move stuff out of her college daughter's apartment that she vacated, as of today. Afterwards, we went across the street and found a small Korean place. I had bibimbop with kalbi(short ribs). It's been awhile since I had bibimbop, and this place makes a very good one. All of our food was very good.

Sounds soooo good. Wish I had the option to order that! My sisters cats go crazy over the grill, it fills the porch with meat sented smoke. They get stove, oven and grilled chicken.

I thought the same. Then I quickly realized they covered them hot and they arrived soggy. Like 10% crunch. On the whole plate, not per fry. All in all not bad, I'm ready for a home cooked meal.

Bbq pizza sounds amazing.

Being in the hospital, with my luck, they would toss them and charge me again. Hence I'm ready for a home cooked meal. Besides I miss the wolfs and lions at home.

Oh, I didn't know you were in the hospital. Hope everything is ok. My last stay in the hospital was like 2 weeks long. But that hospital had really good food. I felt like I was getting fatter the whole time I was in there 🤪

32 years old, 4 blood clotts in one leg. Been here since saturday 245pm-ish. Kicking myself for not joining yalls scx24 cult. Supposed surgery to remove tomorrow and hopefully home. I lost weight since I arrived. Good portion water, but I'm not eating as normal.

Well good luck with the surgery. I am surprised they let you order pizza and french fries lol. When I was in, it was for double pneumonia. I ended up in ICU within 4 hours of checking in when my heart went into afib. They said it was beating so fast it should have exploded. Anyway, I got the "heart healthy" menu shoved my way by a crotchety nurse.

I'm surprised to. Glad you got it all figured out. I quit 99.9% of my eating out, stopped buying canned amd frozen stuff, quit smoking cigarettes in 2016. They are calling it a medical mystery.

I had tooth surgery, in and out 4 hours. This is my first stay.
 
@Chubaka I didn't know you were in the hospital either until I saw the last batch of pics. C'mon, you can't hold out on us like that man! Hope everything goes smooth and they let you out of there soon. Sucks being laid up.

P.S. it's never to late to join the cult!!!! 🤣 🤣 🤣

Dang man! That sucks. Blood clots are no joke. Glad you are getting them taken care of. It could have been a lot worse if went unattended. Stay strong! ✌️
