Earlier this afternoon, I threw chunks of beef, potatoes, carrots and celery into the slow cooker. Getting ready to chow it down, now.

Small town bar and grill, small group dinner.
1/3 Ilb hamburger with fries.
5 or 7pc chicken tender with fries
Loaded fries with cheese sour cream and bacon at least. A coke and 1.5 or 2.5 long island iced tea.

Jim beam and small pepsi amd peanut butter fudge to knock me out.

how about some chocolate covered fish sticks?
*Slaps Doom across the face*
How dare you disgrace fishsticks like that! 🤣

Well I started taking pics of dinner the other night and I got the Fillet Mignon and fresh baked loaf of dill and rosemary bread but then got sidetracked and started eating and forgot to get the mashed potatoes and broccoli that we also had with our meal. So heres the two best parts of the meal anyway :)

Let's be civil about this. We will form a line and patiently wait our turn to slap @Doom! in the face. 😂

That was exactly what I was thinking of! Classic movie!
LOL
I was thinking that was exactly what you were thinking. And I was thinking you would reply saying that's what you were thinking. See... I was thinking 😜

Now, I think my head hurts. I'm going back to the sexy midget thread. There's no thinking over there.

Tonight or was the traditional Italian Christmas Eve party at my MIL. Started off with spaghetti with anchovy based red sauce and ended with a Ritz cracker jumbo shrimp lobster casserole. Dessert included canollis, pizelles, and macaroons.

Merry Christmas, everyone!

So, maybe cause I'm sick? Cray cray? Who knows, but I did a thing and it worked.

Potato rolls, sliced thin and toasted.
Antelope backstraps- black garlic infused salt, pepper, and blood orange infused olive oil for the rub. Flamed at 575f until nice grill marks formed- maybe 2 minutes each side. Finished with fancy flake salt and a little butter.

I spread a huckleberry jam shmear on the toast, added slices of speedie, and dropped a dash of fresh ground pepper on top.
Unbelievable. Merry Christmas!

You're obviously delirious 😁

Xmas dinner: Surf and turf!

We had to make a lot more "done" because of some of the kids.

I'd just made, and ate, the best steak'n'cheese bomb!
Sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pan fried the shaved steak with pepperoni and diced jalapeno. Seasoned the steak with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and smoked paprika. Melted American cheese on meat and served on French bread with a couple of slices of tomatoes.
Woowee!! That was seriously tasty!
I've never had them with French bread or fresh sliced tomatoes. This is the ticket! Next time, I'm going to spritz on some Melinda's habanero sauce. I think it'll go well with this.
